Sweet Potato, Carrot, Red Pepper, Cauliflower, Navy Bean, Onion, Oat, Cassava Flour, Lemon, Spice Blend (salt, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Ovata Seed)

      Directions

Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled, or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw product separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw product. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard.

Recommended Cooking Instructions: If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 10 days of thawing. It is highly suggested to thaw before cooking, but if cooking from frozen add 3 minutes in the oven or 2-3 minutes per side on the stove/Bbq. If you are unable to consume in 10 days feel free to freeze your burgers. Skillet (preferred method) or Grill: Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan with a light amount of oil over medium to high heat and cook each side for about 5 minutes. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and cook for 12 to 14 minutes. Toppings: Try adding caramelized onions, tangy yogurt sauce and sprouts. Expect a deliciously crunchy outside and a soft warm inside.

      Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
