Brewing Suggestions: Step 1: start with the finest quality coffees from Charleston coffee roasters! Step 2: use quality water. Always use fresh cold water. Never use distilled or soft water. Step 3: select the proper grind. French press: coarse to medium. Drip: medium to fine espresso: fine. Step 4: use the correct amount of coffee. 2 level tablespoons per 6 oz of water. Adjust for personal taste preference. Step 5: enjoy!
